Are the training programmes customisable?

Yes. All training programmes and services can be customised based on organisational objectives, industry requirements, participant level, and duration.

Do you offer Basic, Intermediate, and Advanced levels?

Selected programmes (such as leadership, communication, image, and branding-related training) can be conducted at Basic, Intermediate, or Advanced levels, depending on participant needs.

Do you offer classes for teenagers?

Yes. PROZX offers selected programmes for teenagers, including AI / GPT learning sessions and other skill-based workshops.

These classes are usually conducted during school holidays or as special holiday programmes, allowing students to learn in a structured, guided, and age-appropriate environment.

Programme schedules and availability may vary depending on demand.

Are trainers accredited or experienced?

PROZX works with experienced trainers, facilitators, and subject matter experts. We also collaborate with accredited trainers and industry professionals where applicable.

Can I cancel my order?

1. Order cancellations are subject to Shopee’s order status and policies.

Orders may be cancelled only if still pending
Orders that are already shipped cannot be cancelled
