Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 2–5 business days

  • Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays

  • Delays may occur if bank transfer details cannot be verified

Delivery Delays

During peak periods or high order volume, delivery may take longer. Customers will be notified via email or phone if significant delays occur.

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

A shipment confirmation email with tracking number will be sent once your order is shipped. Tracking information will be active within 24 hours.

Shipping Rates

  • West Malaysia: RM8 per kg

  • East Malaysia: RM15 per kg

Delivery Duration

  • West Malaysia: 3–4 working days

  • East Malaysia: Up to 7 working days

Customs, Duties & Taxes

ProzX Global is not responsible for customs duties, taxes, or additional charges imposed during or after shipping.

 

Damaged or Lost Shipments

We are not liable for items damaged or lost during shipping. Customers are advised to contact the courier directly and retain all packaging for claims.
